Don’t do anything else except go to the bathroom,
and only do that if it absolutely cannot be put off.”

DAY 26 – NaPoWriMo Prompt for April 26, 2016
Welcome to Day 26 of the NaPoWriMo challenge. Use these prompts to inspire you to write a poem each and every day of April.
What the heck… let’s write a Tongue Twister. The idea is that similar consonant sounds and alliteration put together creates word streams that are difficult to say out loud quickly. No form or rhyme necessary but try to write a real tongue twister of a poem…..
For those living anywhere near Western Washington you might want to look at the new Poetry Day of the Week page that you’ll find in the upper right corner under PAGES. A couple of times this month you may also find my Poetry Northwest announcements in between the NaPoWriMo posts.
If you post the poems on your blog or anywhere using this prompt… send me a link.
My Day 24 Prompt Poem (MashUp Words)
Not a Portmanteaus Poem
By Christopher J. Jarmick
I try to explain truthicial by citing
a Trumpatory by the Don where he claimed
hundreds of Muslims in New Jersey were partybrating
after September 11th. “I saw it on YouTube with
my own eyes!”
A declafiction without a basification that barely
lasted half a newsjerkle before another apocalelection 2016
report smearased it into forgottenville.
“Purpnerkling obfuksications,” she said handing me
a feel-the-bern stickoid.
